Error

I upgraded to Microsoft Office XP. Then I was informed
that there was a database on the computer that required
Access 97. (NT4.0 OS) I then uninstalled Access XP and
reinstalled Access 97. Now I am getting the following
error:

Microsoft Access can't start because there is no license
for it on this computer.

How can I correct this issue?
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
