Sometimes Access seems to mess up my records. When I
enter a record, occationally after I close the form it
will change everything to boxes and lines. When I scroll
to the bottom of the form or scoll over to view more
information in the table Access will tell me that it has
encourntered an error and has to be closed. Sometime it
will to repair it, but this never helps. The only thing I
can do is delete the whole record and reenter the data.
Is there anything I can do that will prevent Access form
doing this.
