#ERROR

L

Lee Brown

I have a shared Access 97database on a windows NT network. On one record in a 'memo' field I have an message- #ERROR.
If I try to change anything I get a pop up message telling me that I tried to save a record at the same time as someone else.

I have tried the help to repair the damage but only get an explanation of what the error is - NOT how to cure it.

Would anyone please advise how I may remove this message and be able to use the box again please.

Try opening the db exclusively and deleting the record, then repair and
compact again.
