Error

When I try to download an excel file from a web page I get
a Dr. Watson error if Excel is not open. If the
application is open it works fine. This also happened
when I linked to an excel file from PowerPoint. Again,
the link only works if Excel is already open.

I am running excel 97 on Windows NT 4.0

Thanks for any help you can give!
