Error 1311 source file not found
Verify that file exists and that you can access it.
Can any tell me how to resolve this.
This has been happening to me when I try to reload the
program as the program continualy tried and failed to load
an Frontpage component.

It is a cd-Rom reading or CD-Rom permissions error.
First option is to check the value for the CD-ROm drive
in the windows registry, The security policy needs to be
disabled through the policy editor or you can modify the
following registry key:
if that fails then copy a flat of the office CD to a
folder on the hard drive to install or try installing
office from a secondary cd-rom drive.

To do this:
Log on as the highest user of the machine such as
Administrative user or Administrator and modify the
following registy subkey,if the value is set to a 1 for
AllocateCDRoms change it to a zero and reboot.
Please backup the windows registry first

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\WinLogon - AllocateCDRoms must = 0
(zero)
