Error1919 during setup

While Trying to install MS Office Student/teacher Edition 2003 I get an Error that reads:" ERROR 1919: Error configuring ODBC data sources: MS Acess Data Base, ODBC Error 6: Component not found in registry. Verify that the file MS Access Data Base Exits and that you can access it.
Anybody know what this means? What should I do? I called the customer service number that's listed in the setup booklet but all's I get is some strange electronic sounds and no human beings. Are there any human beings at Microsoft?
