Error2330

I received error message 2330 from word 2003 and 2007 and a fatal error when
I tried to open a saved document. I do not know how to fix this. It says that
error 2330.Setup cannot get attributes
C:\Programs\Files\CommonFiles\MicrosoftShared\SmartTag\LISTS. Any suggestions?

Tammy,
Did you ever figure out how to fix your Microsoft Office programs? I have
been getting that same error message for a few months now and have not been
able to use the program.
