errors 1935 and 2908 when installing ms office 2003....

Hi All,

I hope someone can help me...

I am trying to install MS Office 2003 after I uninstalled 2007 beta 2, and I
keep getting 2908 errors followed by a 1935 error...

Any help would be greatly appreaciated....
