Errors archiving folders for teleworking.

A teleworker that I support is having an issue archiving messages from home.
The message reads: Error while archiving folder "Calender" in store
"Mailbox-<customer name>". Problems with the destination store C:\Documents
and settings\<customer name>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\archive.pst. We use outlook 2007 on Microsoft Exchange
server, and this goes thourgh a Citrix protal. Any ideas?
