Errors in all Office Programs

Hi everyone,

Hoping someone can help!

Came back to work on Monday of this week after a week off and found that I
can't keep any Office document open without it coming up with the following
error message after about a minute and closing the program in question down:

'Winword.exe (or excel.exe etc) has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows. You will need to restart the program.

An error log is being created.'

I've ran virus scans, spyware scans, downloaded the service packs from
Microsoft and done searches on the Web for possible solutions. I have no idea
what's caused it and no one in the office will take responsibility for doing
anything wrong so if someone on here can help me, I would very very much
appreciate it!

1st, try a repair using office cd
2nd, Ensure yr AV app is upto date, specifically if it has an Office
plug-in - perhaps try with plug-in disabled
