Many of the characters in the bar code generated for envelopes and labels are
incorrect. The bar code has the correct 9-digit ZIP code, but the wrong
delivery point. This could be corrected by allowing a user provided delivery
point, or by improving the algorithm to extract the delivery point from the
address.
