When I installed FP98 (I got it for about $3, can't argue with that!) it
said port 80 was being used and instead installed using port 8080. Actually
I had to reinstall it after installing IIS from W2K along with the other W2K
internet features. I can open FP98 to edit and publish my web page, but
only once. The next time I try to save changes or publish changes it says
"There is no server on port 8080 at 'stop.'" If I exit, reopen, and reedit
or republish the page it *sometimes* works. Any ideas on why this is
happening and how to fix this? If I uninstall the software and reinstall it
I loose the saved web. I can not get into it again. This is extremely
annoying. Thanks.
I got one thing working again, but would like to know what is going on. One
of my pages was missing the header. I had to delete the page and build it
again.
