errors in Word for Win98

When I attempt to start word (office97 recently loaded on
win98), I receive the error message "The wrong
wwintl32.dll has been loaded. Make sure that the Word
directory is in the path." Frustrating.

That's usually because the wrong servicepack has been installed. There's an
article in the MSKB describing it and a solution.
