Errors on Orders and Invoice entry #Name? - #Error - "SaveRecord"

Orders -- cannot use Order, Payment and Preview Invoice without getting
message that reads Command or access not available for "SaveRecord".

Invoice -- Get info -- #name? and #Error

I am in need of assistance as I am a "real" novice.
