WHEN OPENING DOCS FROM OUTLOOK I AM GETTING CONSISTENTLY
THIS MESSAGE.

Copy of <filename> cannot be accessed. The file may be
read-only, or you amy be tryting to access a read-only
location. Or, the server the document is stored on may not
be responding.

I GET THIS MERSSAGE TOO OFTEN FOR IT TO BE THIS "HELP"
..

Your OutlookSecureTempFolder might be a location where
you don't have write access too.

Change/review this setting in your registry
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0
\Outlook\Security
