Errors that once in a while pops up in browser form

Hello I am experiencing something that is driving me crazy. It works fine
all the time but once in a while I will get this error while loading, then it
will say continue or start over, when I click continue, my form does not load
properly. Its the error code 5337. When you look it up, it doesn't tell you
what the error is. Why am I experiencing this and this is browser form.
Please help. Thank you.

I apologize for double posting, i thought this question did not post and had
to rewrite another one.
