Errors when opening windows - Audit32.exe and CiceroUIMndFrame: Outlook - GROOVE 3.1

I had the issue with CiceroUIWndFrame in the pass and I was pointed to a
solution to uninstall a number of items within office. Since then I have now
getting and error with Audit32.exe and the CiceroUIWndFrame.exe

When opening windows they get:

Audit32: Audit32.exe - entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point ?EndErrorBlock@GCCriticalErrorInfo@SGXZ could not
be located in the dynamick link library GrooveUtl.DLL

the next one comes up with outlook

CiceroUIWndFrame: OUTLOOK.EXE - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point ?EndErrorBlock@GCCriticalErrorInfo@@SGXXZ could
not be located in the dynamic link library GrooveUtil.DLL

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application and then carried out the
instructions to Remove CiceroUIWndFrame to avoid crashes which in relation
to the Alternative User Input in resepct to Speech and Handwriting. any
assistance in the area would be great.
