errors when setting up email

Two messages continue to pop up after testing settings when setting up email
thru outlook. 1st: test account settings: send test email message: unable
to send test message. Please verify the email address field. 2nd: task
'pop.comcast.net-sending reported error (0x800ccc788) Unable to send the
message. Please verify the email address in your account properties. the
server responded 530 authentication required. HELP PLEASE! Thank you very
much. EB
