Errors with Normal.dot, please help.

When I try to open a file it says that it is not available?
Then when u close word it says the file normal.dot already
exists. Do you want to replace the existing file?

This is the error that comes up

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hi Paul,

If you recently updated Office and are using Norton AV then the
problem could be caused by the "Office Plug-in" option in Norton. In
Norton go to Norton Options and disable the "Office Plug-in" option
found in the Miscellaneous section.
