Errors -

I am having problems with Microsoft Word. When I attempt
to open Word, Windows Installer opens and attempts to
access my A: drive. When I attempt to save a document
within Word, I get this message. Microsoft Word can not
load speech regonition files. An error occurred.... Would
you like to repair this feature now? When I select YES, I
get a Windows Installer Error 1635 message. I have no
idea what is occurring and any feeback would be most
appreciated.

I am also unable to down updates for Office on my
computer. "Error! Unable to check for updates on this
computer."

Hi,

What version of Office are you using. If I assume it is Office XP, then try
the following steps.
