Erros on send test e-mail. The specified server was found

Encountered below errors on Microsoft Outlook 2003, kindly assist us:

"Send test e-mail: The specified server was found, but there was no response
from the server. Please verify that the port and SSL information is correct.
To access these setting close this dialog, then click More Settings and click
on the Advanced tab"

Problem occured after including our computer to domain and replace firewall
system to ISA.

Sounds like you need to configure ISA to allow the outbound traffic -- check
the ISA newsgroup for instruction. Or install the Firewall Client on the
workstation.

We already made the set-up to allow the outbound traffic on ISA server, and
its pretty strange Outlook Express is working....but we do prefer to have
Microsoft Outlook 2003 here in the office.

Also firewall client is already installed in the workstations.
