Errow Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Libary

When using word all of a sudden I get an errow message. Then when you click
it out you loose your work and Word closes. Then I tried again same thing.
Chould someone help please. Errow is Micrsoft Visual C ++ Runtime Libary C\
program files \microsoft office\office10\win word exe. Abnormal Prgram
Termination. I do not have any marcos add inns global or any. Thank you Labs
