errror opening the enterprise resource pool

Received the above error and the following message - you may not have
sufficient permission to access the selected resources.

I have seen this error occur before on project servers pre service pack 1.
If you have not upgraded to SP1 or SP2 I suggest you do so.

The follow KB article also says Project 2003 post-Service Pack 1 hotfix
package: September 24, 2004 fixes this problem.
