We have 5.5, MS outlook 2002 and XP (new on my pc). Since
switching to XP I cannot right click an and send
it to an email address. I immediately get an Admin error
like this:
Subject:
Sent: 7/17/2003 5:39 PM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
Robert Johnston Slobe ([email protected])
([email protected]) on 7/17/2003 5:39 PM
The recipient name is not recognized
The MTS-ID of the original message is:
c=US;a= ;p=DOMAIN;l=NTSERVER-030718003853Z-1
MSEXCH:MSExchangeMTA:NTSERVER:NTSERVER
Works fine on our Win 98SE and Outlook 2000 pcs. The
problem also exists in our Canon Zoombrowser 4.1 camera
software for sending pics. I can right click, copy and
paste a pic and send it but cannot send successfully to
an email. It attaches it and then throws an immediate
error email message suggesting it's in the Exchange
Server software.
I had not yet installed Service Pack 4 for 5.5, so I did,
but am not sure if that has been done correctly now or
even that this will work.
Ideas?
