Escalation List

I am creating an escalation list with contact information. There are 3 levels
of escaltion. For each level, I would like a dropdown list with the names of
individuals. When a person's name is selected I would like to populate that
person's contact information in a text below the dropdown box. What would be
the best way for me to do this?
