I need to come up with a formula for calculating the balance in an esgrow
account. Given a number of regular draws (taxes, insurance payments)
throughout the year, I need to figure out how much needs to be initially
deposited in the esgrow account and how much needs to be deposited monthly
such that the account value doesn't dip below a specified threshhold value.
I also need to be able to separate out the balance for the various
components making up the esgrow account so that I know how much is allocated
for taxes, insurance payments, etc.
