I don't speak French so could have misunderstood - I hope you can understand
my reply. If what you want to do is have Word documents open inside Word
inside IE rather than in a separate window, there is a Windows setting which
controls this - in My Computer (or Windows Explorer) select Tools > Folder
Options > File Types tab; under registered file types, scroll down and
select DOC, press Advanced and check "browse in same window".
