EULA acceptance each time I open Word

Hello,

I recently upgraded from 98SE to XP Pro and cleaned a lot of stuff off
my hard drive. I re-installed some software, including MS Word 2000. Now,
each time I open Word, I get a pop-up titled "Office 2000 End User License
Agreement" which I must accept before it will let me use Word. Anybody know
how I get it to stop this?
