Eula allways displayed while starting any Office 2003 Program

Allways when I start to open a program from office 2003 (word, excel or
outlook) the stupid EULA is displayed an has to be accepted with ok. Because
of that it is not possible to send a link for excample. Then Dialogbox is
open is been displayed, while this Eula is hidden. What can I do ? My father
bought this office Basic version and has also registered this product.
Probably I use another (user?) name as he do.

Accept the EULA form an administrator account and it should go away.

Thank you very much for your help. This was not the solution but I was able
to find it in this forum. I had to change the permit rights in the registry
as shown in the answer of garfield-n-oldie from the 10.04.07 in this forum.

the solution. Thank you very much. God bless you. Problems like these ruins
