EULA and Office XP Std for Students and Teachers

In the past I bought and installed the Office XP Std for
Students and Teachers. But I've been thinking of
installing Office XP Professional or a later version (My
OS is Win XP). Is the right way to uninstall my current
version to load the new version? Also, what can I do
with the Office XP version I removed, like give or sell
to a family member? I can't seem to find my EULA for it.

1) the difference in the two xp versions is only the included apps, so don't
do it thinking you are getting more functionality. However, the student
version can't be used for commercial work, so if you plan to use it for
work, you'll need to upgrade.
2) the eula is on the cd any more. you will need the certificate or cd case
with the product installation key. if the person qualifies as a student or
teacher, yes, you can give it to them. They can't use it for commercial
purposes.
