You are obviously running Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows 2003
(unlikely). You will need to log on as *the* adminstrator (using the main
administative login) and accept the EULA.
How you do this depends on the OS you're running:
For Windows 2000 simply select the 'Administrator' from the drop down menu
and enter the password (if you assigned one)
For Windows XP Home you must boot to safe mode (you will need to restart the
computer and press F8 as the system boots. If your keyboard has an F Lock
key you must enable it as soon as you see the first POST screen). Boot to
Safe Mode, select the Administrative user (entering the password if one was
assigned) fire up an Office application and accept the EULA.
For XP Pro you can access the main admin account by doing CTRL+ALT+DEL
twice. Proceed as for Windows 2000.
