EULA - Cannot stop!

Let people know that when this keeps returning and cannot be stopped that
they can stop it by going to 'Security Centre' from Control Panel. Then going
to 'User Account Control' and turning it OFF.

Then open one of the Office programs and accept the EULA again. Exit the
application and check it by opening it again - you should find that the EULA
does not return.

Now go back to Security Center and turn on the User Account Control again.

This should solve the problem.

for older office apps, this can be solved by simply running as admin
(shift-rightclick on the icon) for one time.
