How do I get rid of the EULA that pops up every
single time I open one of the programs in Microsoft Office 2003? I've clicked "Accept" every single time and the EULA keeps coming up.

You need to accept the terms as an administrator. Log in as
administrator and try launching any Office applications, accept the
terms and then quit the applications. Now log off from this account and
log in to your ordinary user account and try again.
