EULA KEEPS OPENING

After installion of MSOxp with OS XP pro when opening any
of the ms applications the eula keeps coming up and you
have to accept to continue.

How do I stop this and be able to use the ms applications?

Usually signing on to the system as Administrator and accepting the EULA
clears the problem up.

Log onto the system as administrator (not an account with admin privileges -
the main administrator account usually only accessible via Safe mode) and
accept the EULA.
