EULA message

I update my Office XP with SP-2 and whenever I try to load
one of the Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word,
PowerPoint) the End User License Agreement (EULA) message
pops up. I activated online and this happens every time
and the message pops up twice with Outlook since it loads
Word as my e-mail editor.

Any ideas how I can fix this?

Hi Mike,

Acceptance of the License Agreement requires the
ability to write to the registry. See if logging
is as the Administrator helps.
