EULA on MS Office 2003 Professional

I have purchased a new laptop which has Vista Home Premium on it. I loaded
my Office 2003 professional without any hitchesto this machine.
Now each time I open an Office application the EULA pops up asking me to
accept the agreement. I have gone into each aplication and accepted the EULA
but this has not stopped the issue.
Can anyone advise as to how I can stop the EULA from appearing.

If you have Windows XP, then log in to Windows as Administrator, start
an Office program, accept the EULA, close the Office program, log out of
Windows as Administrator, and log back in to Windows using your normal
user profile.

If you have Windows Vista, then right-click on an Office program
shortcut, choose to run the Office program as Administrator, accept the
EULA, close the Office program, and then start the Office program normally.

If the previous suggestion doesn't help, then see
