How do I get the EULA popup to stop asking me if I accept the agreement
between myself and Microsoft for use of the office products. I does it
everytime I open any office product even if I have already accepted the terms
and it is driving me nuts.

Log in to Windows as Administrator, start an Office program, accept the
EULA, close the Office program, log out of Windows as Administrator, and
log back in to Windows using your normal user profile.
