I have installed Office Updates on 3 PC's locally as administrator (Not through the network) Although one PC is fine the other two on opening any Office apps the EULA popup appears and must be accepted. The PC's are running Windows 2000 and Office XP Pro SBE. EULA pops up for both Admin and user ID'

Any ideas as to why this popup will not leave and how can I stop this EULA for popping up every time

Hi Sue,

Are you also logged in as administrator when accepting the EULA? The acceptance needs to write to the registry.
