EULA won't go away

How can I stop the EULA from popping up everytime I open Office? No matter
how many times I accept it, everytime I open word, excel, or outlook, it pops
up and I have to accept it again. The softrware works, but it gets annoying.
I am using Office 2003, XP professional, and am part of a damain. Outlook
is using exchange server and out server is Server 2003 if that matters.

I got in and edited the registry. Thank you very much for your quick help.
