EULA won't stop popping up

I recently purchased a Laptop from Dell with Office 2003 and XP Pro. It has
been activated with entering in the product key and registered, but the EULA
keeps reappearing. I have gone in and checked the other Office apps and the
EULA appears again there. Close out and go in again and the EULA appears. I
have evne read the EULA in it's entirety thinking there was a way to turn it
off hidden in there. It's doesn't stop functionality of the product or the
user, but it is time consuming to have to close that window every time Office
apps are started.

Log into the system as the administrator, accept the EULA, and that should
take care of it.
