Every time we start Outlook the EULA pops up, we accept
and anothe pops up. The second seems to be Word because
after we accept this one a minimal page of Word opens.

What is this doing?

Hi, rodney,

Try logging in as the administrator, then accept the EULAs. This may make
them stop.
