European Date Format

Hi,

I am trying to get a european date format in a for. My
regional setting are set to Australia and I have set the
format to "short date" with the imput mask as "99/99/00".

When I enter the date "20/09/04" the date "04/09/20"
appears.

Any help would be appreciated.
