Evaluating my options for employee rating form...Is Infopath the r

I need to create a web-based form for two people to submit evaluations on
approx. 70 people. There are 4 questions with 3 options to choose from.
Would Infopath be an appropriate tool for this project? I have never used it
before, but it looks like it might be just what I need.

Hi,

yes, Infopath is correct solution for you.
there is a browser enabled feature in infopath 2007, that will help you to
open the form in browser.
You need to create a Infopath form and need to publish the form to share
point 2007 to open the other people and to submit.

Also Please note that there are some limitations on the features for browser
enabled forms. Go through the MSDN site for features available for Browser
enabled forms.
