evaluation functionality

Does anyone know what functions cease to operate after the evaluation period? Someone asked me, but since I already upgrade to a full license, I just don't know.

In general, your ability to generate or edit data is completely removed.
You are still able to view data you've created during the evaluation period
however.

Eric do you know how an shareware program knows after the evaluatio
period, if unistalling it and reinstaling it and cease the operation
Any help is appreciated

Office uses a significantly more complicated algorithm than most shareware
programs, which usually rely on hidden files or registry keys. Are you a
shareware author?

Eric I would like to find more information about this subject. If you like post some sites or books.
Also if you know how can I see the modified date of a registry key or value with the regedit command (e.g. running a registry cleaner jv16PowerTool display this date).

Thank you in advance

1> You'll want to ask this on a programming forum.
2> If you're looking for this information to abuse shareware timebombs, I
think you'll find no one wants to help.
