When i open Excel and then press F1, the screen need to install something...
then i searched application log as following information.

Event ID: 1001
Description: Detection of product '{90110409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0050048383C9}'
feature 'ProductNonBootFiles' failed during request for component

Event ID: 1004
Description: Detection of product '{90110409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0050048383C9}'
feature'ProductNonBootFiles', component
'{FCF764E4-903B-4085-8E15-49FE7986986E}' failed. The resource
'HKKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\SOFTWARE\Miscrosoft\MasterAggregationFodPP\MMSDAPP\ServerCachel.ocation' does not exist.

I have already re-installed OfficeXP 2002 but the problem still occur again.
Do u have any suggestion to solve it ??
