Event for changes in Usage-Views

Hi,

does anybody know how to track changes in the Task Usage and Resource Usage
views?

Pete,
I guess it depends on what you mean by "track" and "changes". Manual
changes to the tabular data on the right side of the screen are already
"tracked" by Project in the form of an icon an associated message in the
Indicators column.

I suppose other methods could consist of using change Event macros or
compare routines run manually or automatically on file close. There are
potentially many options. It depends on how much time and effort you are
willing to invest in "tracking changes".

Another way is to save to Baseline1 (Project 2002+ only) then in a Usage
view select Format Details Styles and select Baseline1 Work. Then you can
compare Work and Baseline work 1 on a time phase basis. This check is manual
unless you want to write a VBA macro to list changes for you.
