event id: 1002 category: 101

I have been getting the following message on a system with Windows XP sp2 and
office 2003 sp2
Hanging application winword.EXE, version 11.0.6568.0, hang module hungapp,
version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000
I also get it with iexplorer and with outlook. All hang and I have always
found that winword is active in task manager and as soon as you kill this
process all comes right for a while.
I have reloaded office and the sp2 for office with no joy.
Does anyone have a fix for this
