Event ID 1002 Outlook.exe hangs

I have a user with Outlook 2002 SP2 running on a Windows
XP Pro laptop. His Outlook locks up a least twice a day
and he basically has to log off and back on to continue
working. In the Application Event Log he has an Event ID
1002 with the description as follows:
Hanging application OUTLOOK>EXE version 10.0.4510.0, hang
module hunapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.

I've searched the web for this but I'm not having mauch
luck. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
