event log error

Hi, we're running PS2003 with SP2a with SP3 going in tonight.

The question I have is in regards to this repeated daily event log we get on
project server:

The path that it's referencing does not exist on the server, which is prolly
the issue. Does anyone know what this component is and how do i fix these
errors?

So far we have not noticed any problems other than our 80004005 spooler
error that we still get. I dont know if this is related or not. We have tried
every solution that has been given to us or that we could find for the
spooler error but no luck.

From this error it appears that your e-mail server is not available or that
CDOSYS objects are not installed on your project server.

If you don't wish project server to send e-mail remove any address from the
project server admin page, and it will not try to send any e-mail. This will
stop these errors. Other wise you will need to troubleshoot the e-mail sub
system on your project server.
