Event [Private Sub Project_Open(ByVal pj As Project)] crash Project

Dear Sirs!
"Private Sub Project_Open(ByVal pj As Project)"
I have found that using this event on some of our company
machines makes MS-project to Crash. Might not first time
but next time it runs the Global.mpt.

I have a feeling it's somthing to do with a security
update, but since all our machines have the same update
its strange! ( It even seems that the event is tricked 2
times.
we run Windows XP
MS-Project 2002, standard
The file is opened from a folder including a special
Global. mpt in the folder which make project to use this
global.mpt instead of the standard one
Do any-one have an idea what might be wrong or confirm if
it's a b..

I am having the same problem, it crashes the oleaut32.dll
randomly. We run Windows 2000, MS Project 2003 Pro/Server.
Any help on this one is greatly appreciated.
